Small-group running trips for women. Pick a bucket-list race in a beautiful place, train toward it with structure and support, then cross the finish line surrounded by people who got you there.

A racecation is how challenge-chasing travelers are exploring the world: a scenic destination, with the trip built around a race. Add structured training, elevated travel and a supportive group of women, and it becomes about far more than the finish line.
When women train together, confidence grows and goals feel closer, faster.
Run at sunrise through a UNESCO World Heritage Site, past roughly 14 ancient temples, then celebrate with champagne brunch at Raffles. Four days, three nights, December 4–7, 2026.

“Monica took my goal of running a half marathon as seriously as I did. Since I had only started running the year prior, her guidance on pacing and ‘fueling’ was essential. She has a wonderful way of keeping you accountable without it feeling overwhelming. Thanks to her constant check-ins and approachable coaching, I crossed the finish line in December feeling strong and incredibly proud.”— Annica
I've experienced firsthand how achieving fitness goals can unlock confidence far beyond the run: in work, relationships and life. For over 20 years in corporate leadership, my greatest strength was helping people stretch beyond what they believed was possible.
I know how often women hold themselves back. I also know, without question, that we're capable of far more than we think. My approach blends structure, encouragement, mental strength and real-world balance.
No. The program is designed for women at different stages, whether you're training for a half, stepping up from a shorter distance, returning after a break, or just want to race with support. You should be comfortable running consistently, but perfection isn't required.
Not at all. The program is there to support and guide you, but you're free to follow your own training or simply join for the racecation experience. We'll also organise optional group runs if you'd like to train together.
That's real life, and it's expected. The program is flexible and supportive, with adjustments made as needed. The goal is sustainability, not perfection.
