References to "Perfect Pace," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to Perfect Pace Pte Ltd.

What we collect

To provide coaching, Perfect Pace collects and processes:

• Training data from your connected wearable (heart rate, GPS location during activities, pace, sleep, and related fitness metrics)
• Cycle-tracking data, only if you choose to connect a cycle-tracking app — this is entirely optional
• Contact information (name, phone number for Telegram) needed to send you coaching messages
• Messages you send through our Telegram coaching bot, including any questions or feedback you share

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide you with personalized coaching — generating training recaps, tracking progress, and answering questions about your own training data. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with other clients.

Who else sees it

We use third-party services to operate Perfect Pace, each acting as a data processor on our behalf:

• Terra — connects your wearable/app data to our system
• Anthropic — powers the AI coaching assistant you can chat with over Telegram
• Telegram — the messaging platform used to send you recaps and coaching notes

These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their specific function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Your choices

You can disconnect any connected wearable or app at any time. You can request a copy of your data, or request that it be deleted, by contacting us directly. Connecting a cycle-tracking app is always optional and can be declined without affecting any other part of your coaching.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including using established third-party providers with their own security practices. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords for any connected accounts.
